Mark has held ownership and management roles in financial services, insurance, marketing, business consulting, events and training, and has been involved in financial sector associations dealing with industry regulators and Government ministers and departments.

Due to his background and experience, Mark naturally adopts the client’s perspective when addressing issues or problems, he simplifies complex concepts and regards accounting and compliance in terms of how they can best benefit the client commercially and personally.

With over 15 years of experience as a Financial Controller at a leading Australian vehicle dealer group, Lisa joined Key Business Accountants in July 2024 as a Business Services Manager. She has a strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and developing & streamlining accounting processes for businesses.

Lisa is passionate about understanding each client’s unique financial goals and needs. By fostering meaningful relationships and always being friendly & available, she provides tailored accounting and tax advice that helps clients grow, thrive, and make informed decisions.

Holding a Masters degree in Accounting and being a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Lisa brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Outside of work, Lisa is a devoted wife and mother to two wonderful boys. She enjoys outdoor hiking, yoga, and meditation, valuing balance and well-being in her personal life.

Ned Joined Key Business Accountants in September 2022 after previously running his strata management business for 12 years. Prior to running his business, Ned was a commercial accountant at a mining company.

Ned prides himself in ensuring that clients receive exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, Ned has a young family and is a sports fanatic.

Sarah worked for more than 20 years as an accountant in small businesses prior to joining Key Business Accountants in March 2021. She brings a wealth of experience in preparing financial statements, tax returns and activity statements for all entity types including companies, trusts, SMSF’s, partnerships, and individuals.

She enjoys working with small business owners to assist them in making efficient and effective business decisions and has a passion in assisting retirees by ensuring they meet all of their regulatory requirements as trustees of their SMSF’s.

Sarah is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Australia and is a Registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.

Outside of work, Sarah is married and an avid traveler.

Victor is a second-generation accountant with over 25 years of experience in public practice who joined Key Business Accountants as a Senior Accountant in October 2024.

He possesses a wealth of experience in business & taxation services, particularly for SME’s and high net-wealth individuals.

Outside of work, Victor enjoys spending time with his daughter, socialising with friends and following his AFL team Collingwood.

Rosie brings strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a wealth of technical and practical experience gained from working in a wide range of businesses, including several years at a household name multinational where she reached senior management at just 22 years of Age.

Highly proficient and efficient in all aspects of Accounting, Taxation and Self-Managed Super, Rosie exudes warmth and generosity in dealing with clients and their financial affairs, and is the glue that keeps Barrington ATA together.

Darian joined Key Business Accountants in February 2025 as an Undergraduate Accountant.

Darian is currently studying at University of Wollongong to obtain a Bachelor of Professional Accounting.

Outside of work Darian enjoys going to the gym, reading and following MMA.

Greg has been involved in all aspects of public practice as an accountant and tax consultant for nearly 30 years. He has also been the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Managing Director of major companies based in Australia and the USA.

Greg is qualified as a business broker and is a member of the Business Valuer Network. Over the last 20 years, Greg has provided valuations and forensic reports on businesses across a wide range of industries including: Building and Development, Real Estate, Motor Vehicle Sales, Healthcare, Medical Practitioners, Service Industries, Restaurant, and Food and Beverage.
