Vladimir Vanovac

As a Chartered Accountant, Vlad has more than 20 years of experience in assisting small businesses, corporates and investors in various tax and accounting solutions.

Vlad has always enjoyed helping people understand the complex elements of tax and accounting structures and helping people benefit from them.

With his analytical mindset and a keen understanding of rules and regulations, he understands the importance of simplifying these concepts for all to understand.

Since founding Key Business Accountants in 2014, Vlad has always remained passionate about assisting business owners and investors who need help with determining the right business or investment portfolio structure to effectively minimise tax and protect their assets.

Vlad is married and has two children and loves to travel.

Sasha Kalajdzic

With more than 10 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant in small and mid-tier firms, Sasha joined Key Business Accountants as a Principal in September 2020.

Sasha has a wealth of experience in providing taxation, accounting, and consulting services to family groups, high net-wealth individuals/contractors and for small, medium, and large business in numerous industries.

Building trusted working relationships with clients by simplifying complex tax and accounting-related issues and always being available to assist is something Sasha is passionate about.

Sasha is a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand, holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.

Outside of work, Sasha is married, enjoys travelling and spending time with his family and friends and is a Sydney Swans & Manly Sea Eagles tragic.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Sarah Palmer

Sarah worked for more than 20 years as an accountant in small businesses prior to joining Key Business Accountants in March 2021. She brings a wealth of experience in preparing financial statements, tax returns and activity statements for all entity types including companies, trusts, SMSF’s, partnerships, and individuals.

She enjoys working with small business owners to assist them in making efficient and effective business decisions and has a passion in assisting retirees by ensuring they meet all of their regulatory requirements as trustees of their SMSF’s.

Sarah is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Australia and is a Registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.

Outside of work, Sarah is married and an avid traveler.

OFFICE MANAGER

Ned Djakovic

Ned Joined Key Business Accountants in September 2022 after previously running his strata management business for 12 years. Prior to running his business, Ned was a commercial accountant at a mining company.

Ned prides himself in ensuring that clients receive exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, Ned has a young family and is a sports fanatic.
