REFUND POLICY

We are a service providing business. We do not offer refunds for services provided. However if you have any concerns please contact us so we can work with you in good faith to remedy any concerns you may have.

DELIVERY POLICY

Invoicing will in most cases occur when our service is delivered. If service delivery is dependent on fees being paid by Key Business Accountants ABN 49 169 913 777 to a third party such as ASIC then we will need to issue an invoice at the time the service request is initiated. Service delivery can be when final documents are submitted to the client for final review and/or when final client approval has been completed.

Service delivery is dependent on successful receipt of all required information from the client and service delivery is prioritised to correlate with Australian Taxation Office guidelines when relevant.
